We
shall rebate .583% per month, (7% per annum), of our commissions
for all flood insurance policies
that are written through the Florida flood insurance agency
Highwater Insurance. The rebate will be paid once the agency receives
its commission from the company. The insured will be paid
the entire annual rebate with the stipulation that if the entire
annual rebate is not earned, the insured will refund any unearned
rebate amount to Highwater Insurance.
The
signing of this document will enter you into a legal and binding
agreement with Highwater Insurance.
